Ann’s Cozy Quilts & Fabrics is committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected before shipping. In the case of damaged goods or packing error please contact Ann’s Cozy Quilts & Fabrics (828-286-9997). Arrangements will be worked out to return the merchandise, send you the missing item or correct your billing.

All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL. No returns are accepted. Club memberships are non-refundable.

Changed your mind and don't want merchandise? Return item within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke or animal odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) can not be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
